ShiftsPod costs £14 per active driver a month, or £140 per driver a year. Every feature is included at that price and admin users are unlimited.
There is no setup fee, no hardware and no minimum term. The first 14 days are free and need no card.

How much does ShiftsPod cost?

How does the free trial work?
You get full access for 14 days with no credit card. You are reminded before it ends and only pay if you decide to continue.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. It is a rolling monthly or annual subscription with no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I pay for office staff?
No. Admin users are unlimited and free. Only active drivers are billed.
What happens when I add or remove drivers?
Your bill follows your active drivers. Adding a driver is charged pro rata for the rest of the period, and standing one down is credited the same way.
Is there any hardware to buy?
No. Drivers use their own Android phone or iPhone, and the office uses a web browser.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export it at any time. After you cancel it is kept only as long as your retention settings allow and is then deleted automatically.
